Villas Estival is located on Flamingo Bay in Potrero, a typical Guanacaste town on the shore of the north Pacific in the magnificent Playa Prieta.  Six kms. away is the Flamingo Marina, which is a well known sport fishing center.

When you exit the airport service road (Liberia), take a right and go 29 km to Belén intersection. At the Belén intersection, take a right following signs to FLAMINGO.

Follow this road for 26 km through HUACAS. Just after HUACAS, take the first right following signs to FLAMINGO. Stay on this road for 9 km passing through BRASILITO.

At the junction for FLAMINGO / POTRERO, veer right onto the dirt road toward POTRERO.

After 2 km, this dirt road ends at VILLAS ESTIVAL.

There are a few hard turns, so watch for signs to POTRERO.

Once in POTRERO, drive around the soccer field to the northwest corner and continue on for only 800 mts.

The last hill is bumpy, but at the bottom you'll find the entrance to VILLAS ESTIVAL.

We are located in Playa Prieta, between Playa Penca and Playa Pan de Azucar.

Water sports
There are various diving centers, submarine as well as snorkeling.
And about 20 kms away in Tamarindo there is excellent surfing.
Costa Rica is well known for its sport fishing. There are many boats available for rent in Flamingo as well as in Tamarindo.
Various companies offer fishing in open seas at excellent rates. 

Beach Volleyball
We have a small volleyball court on the premises.

Restaurants and Bars
There are many small restaurants and bars in the vicinity of   Playa Prieta and in the neighboring area.  The food is very good as are the prices.

Tours
Many tours can be made within the 100 kms. radius to national parks as well as to the Central Mountain range, visiting lakes and active volcanoes.
